The Position: Independent Teleconsultant Doctor

As a freelance teleconsultant doctor, You will help solve a key problem in access to care: long-term queues, expensive consultations for simple questions, and barriers that prevent patients from getting basic care.

You offer prompt and professional consultations through our platform, allowing patients to receive the medical advice they need, when they need to — while working on your own schedule.

Your Missions

• Lead remote medical consultations via our telemedicine
• Furnish Primary care counselling and support for patients via chat or phone call
• Examine symptoms and medical history of patients to formulate Informed recommendations
• Prescribe basic medications, referral to specialists, or referral in-person consultation if necessary
• Maintain accurate consultation records and following platform
• Help patients to better understand their health problems, in a language Simple and clear

Profile wanted

• Diploma (MBBS or equivalent) with a valid license to practice in Senegal
• Locker without complaint or sanction
• 0 to 3 years of medical experience (young doctors welcome)
• Excellent Communication skills for virtual interactions with Patients
• Advanced French proficiency
• Smartphone and reliable internet connection
• Attitude and a sense of listening and compassion

Assets Additional

• Experiment in general medicine or care Primary
• Experiment telemedicine or Digital Health
• At Comfortable with technology and mobile apps
• Interest for innovations in digital healthcare
• Appreciated notions of English
